• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements

• Valid Property & Casualty License (required).
• Life & Health license (required).
• Insurance sales experience (required).
• Sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing (preferred).
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task.
• Ability to effectively relate to customers.
