About the position

The Sales Executive position is focused on converting prospective owners into purchasers and maintaining relationships with existing owners. This role involves utilizing effective sales techniques, managing the sales contract process, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale. The Sales Executive will cater the sales experience to individual needs, follow up on leads, and develop future business opportunities through referrals and reloads.

Responsibilities

  • Convert prospective owners into purchasers and reload Owners using effective sales techniques.
  • Develop relationships with prospective owners by soliciting and following up on referrals and leads.
  • Cater the sales experience to the individual needs and preferences of each potential owner.
  • Follow through with the sales contract process to ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
  • Maintain customer relationships after the sale to ensure continued satisfaction and develop future business opportunities.
  • Answer owner questions regarding property use and amenities, and make recommendations based on owner background information.
  • Fulfill requests from owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, and descriptions.
  • Contact owners to monitor satisfaction and inform them of upcoming promotions.
  • Develop and maintain records on customer contacts for effective follow-up opportunities.
  • Monitor contract processing to minimize rescission decisions and ensure timely closings.
  • Follow and adhere to the Consultative Sales Process when presenting to owners and guests.
  • Establish trust with prospective owners throughout the sales process.
  • Customize sales presentations based on the needs of prospective owners.
  • Provide tours of the Sales Gallery, Property, and Model specific to the sales distribution site.
  • Complete and close the sales contract process, ensuring all legal paperwork is signed and notarized.
  • Prepare for daily appointments by reviewing necessary details and owner history.
  • Follow up guest interactions with appropriate correspondence and facilitate the use of Vacation Ownership Advisors.
  • Ensure complete and accurate processing of sales documents and review contract details with customers.
  • Analyze problems and formulate strategies to overcome challenges in sales processes.
  • Respond to and monitor the resolution of customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.

Nice-to-haves
