About the position

The Licensed Sales Executive at Sheraton Steamboat Resort Villas is responsible for converting prospective owners into purchasers through effective sales techniques and relationship building. This role involves catering the sales experience to individual needs, managing the sales contract process, and maintaining customer relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction and future business opportunities. The position requires a proactive approach to sales and customer service, with a focus on achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Convert prospective owners into purchasers using effective sales techniques.
  • Develop relationships with prospective owners through referrals and leads.
  • Cater the sales experience to individual needs and preferences.
  • Follow through with the sales contract process, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
  • Maintain customer relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction and develop future business opportunities.
  • Answer owner questions regarding property use and amenities, and make recommendations based on owner background.
  • Follow up on referrals and leads from owners.
  • Monitor owner satisfaction and inform them of upcoming promotions.
  • Conduct sales presentations following the Consultative Sales Process.
  • Establish trust with prospective owners throughout the sales process.
  • Customize sales presentations based on the needs of prospective owners.
  • Complete and close the sales contract process, ensuring all legal documents are signed and notarized.
  • Review loan applications and financial documents with customers to ensure accuracy.
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency in English is necessary.
  • Must maintain an active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License as mandated by law.
