About the position

The Sales Executive position is focused on driving sales and enhancing customer relationships within the organization. The role involves utilizing effective sales techniques to convert prospective owners into purchasers, maintaining relationships with existing owners, and ensuring a smooth sales contract process. The Sales Executive is responsible for personalizing the sales experience to meet the unique needs of each potential owner, while also following up on leads and referrals to foster future business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Convert prospective owners into purchasers using effective sales techniques.
  • Develop relationships with prospective owners through follow-ups on referrals and leads.
  • Cater the sales experience to individual needs and preferences of potential owners.
  • Ensure all required paperwork and legal documents are completed accurately and timely during the sales contract process.
  • Maintain customer relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction and develop future business opportunities.
  • Answer owner questions regarding property use and amenities, and make recommendations based on their needs.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and inform them of upcoming promotions.
  • Develop and maintain records on customer contacts for effective follow-up opportunities.
  • Conduct sales presentations following the Consultative Sales Process to establish trust and rapport with prospective owners.
  • Provide customized property tours and explain product features and benefits to prospective owners.
  • Complete and close the sales contract process, ensuring all documents are signed and notarized.
  • Review loan applications and financial documents with customers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency in English is necessary.
  • Must maintain an active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.
