About the position

The Licensed Sales Executive at Marriott Vacations Worldwide is responsible for converting prospective owners into purchasers and maintaining relationships with existing owners. This role involves utilizing effective sales techniques, managing the sales contract process, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale. The Sales Executive will cater the sales experience to individual needs, follow up on leads, and develop future business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Convert prospective owners into purchasers and reload Owners using effective sales techniques.
• Develop relationships with prospective owners by soliciting and following up on referrals and leads.
• Cater the sales experience to the individual needs and preferences of each potential owner.
• Follow through with the sales contract process to ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
• Maintain customer relationships after the sale to ensure continued satisfaction and develop future business opportunities.
• Answer owner questions regarding properties and amenities, and make recommendations based on owner background information.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and inform owners of upcoming promotions.
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts for effective follow-up opportunities.
• Conduct sales presentations following the Consultative Sales Process and establish trust with prospective owners.
• Complete and close the sales contract process, ensuring all legal paperwork is signed and notarized.
• Respond to and monitor the resolution of customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in English.
• Active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License in Colorado.
