About the position
The Therapist position within Grow Nurturing Families at TFI Family Services focuses on providing clinical interventions to families with children aged 2-7 using Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). Responsibilities
- Provide clinical interventions to families using Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
- Engage with families and schedule weekly therapy appointments.
- Participate in case staffings and clinical supervisions.
- Complete necessary documentation for therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with a Support Worker for case management services.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling).
- Experience working with children and families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
- Previous experience in a clinical setting.
