About the position
LifeStance Health is seeking licensed therapists (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) to join their team in Buzzards Bay, MA. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid schedule, allowing therapists to provide telehealth services from a home office while also working in well-appointed offices. The position is designed for both full-time and part-time therapists, providing autonomy in scheduling and a supportive environment with access to supervision and continuing education opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services to children or adults in an outpatient setting.
- Conduct telehealth sessions from a home office as needed.
- Participate in weekly case consultations with peers.
- Supervise other therapists if licensed to do so (LCSW/LICSW).
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
Requirements
- Must be licensed as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts.
- Experience in providing therapy to children or adults.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with telehealth services.
- Previous supervision experience.
