The LVN Clinic Coordinator provides a variety of patient care activities. This role is essential in maintaining an appropriate clinic environment for patient care and assisting physicians/providers with examinations, procedures, and patient education. The coordinator is responsible for documenting all aspects of patient care according to departmental standards and performing nursing skills effectively. Additionally, the coordinator interacts with physician practices, pharmacies, and drug representatives while maintaining a professional level of conduct. Supervisory responsibilities include overseeing the Clinic Coordinators and providing them with resources and guidance to ensure a smooth discharge and scheduling process.
