About The Position

We are looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Los Angeles team. The LVN is responsible for assisting with all aspects of in-office aesthetic services including assisting clinical practitioners and management in delivering world-class client care and contributing to a positive environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional client care. Must have a current and valid LVN license in the state of California. As a member of the store field team, the LVN will support all stores in the LA Market.

Requirements

• Have your current and valid LVN license in the state of California.
• Completion of a California Board-approved vocational nursing program.
• Have strong knowledge of medical grade hygiene and sanitization protocols.
• Have excellent attention to detail.
• Show proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class client experience while in stores, ensuring that Alchemy 43 brand standards are upheld.
• Assist clinical practitioners by performing pre- and post-treatment care for clients, preparing treatment areas, and educating clients on post-care instructions.
• Prepare clients for treatments including but not limited to removing makeup and cleansing the skin, applying numbing cream, and taking before and after photos of clients.
• Assist clinical practitioners by preparing cosmetic injectable products, maintain accurate and detailed client records including treatment plans, progress notes, and adverse reactions.
• Prepare and administer GLP-1 injections and provide Glow services to clients.
• Go above and beyond for each client to ensure that their expectations are exceeded at every visit.
• Educate clients on post care, provide client follow-up, and support retail sales.
• Educate clients on our amazing membership program as well as other company initiatives such as loyalty programs and special offers.
