Licensed Vocational Nurse Supervisor (LVN)

About the position

The Licensed Vocational Nurse Supervisor will supervise, coordinate, and facilitate the back office operations of the clinical site(s) utilizing the five (5) Simply Better steps with every patient and team member interactions. Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and facilitate the back office operations of the clinical site(s).
• Utilize the five (5) Simply Better steps with every patient and team member interactions.
• Demonstrate clinical skill and competency in ambulatory nursing.
• Excel in communication (written & verbal) and customer service.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
• Prioritize, organize, and multi-task while demonstrating attention to detail.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to identify issues and problem solve.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and directives.

Requirements

• Three (3) years minimum of LVN clinical nursing experience required.
• Current California LVN license with IV Certification required.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider required.

Nice-to-haves

• Two (2) years minimum of clinically relevant supervisory experience preferred.
