About the position

The Business and Operations Coach at Yum! Brands will work closely with non-traditional licensee partners to enhance their Pizza Hut operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency and fostering strong relationships between Pizza Hut and its licensees. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in business coaching and operational management to support licensees in achieving brand standards and operational success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Pizza Hut and licensee partners, fostering collaborative relationships.
• Provide guidance and support to licensees in all aspects of restaurant operations, including food quality, customer service, profitability, and growth.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to Pizza Hut brand standards and operational procedures; implement accountability processes to ensure compliance.
• Provide initial and ongoing training and development to licensee partners and their staff, ensuring best practices are followed and company standards are upheld.
• Conduct Business Reviews with licensees to achieve mutually established targets, including assessment of financial statements and operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Pizza Hut to ensure alignment and support for non-traditional licensee partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business coaching, operations management, or a related role, preferably within the food service or retail industry.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and operational reports and develop action plans to achieve performance targets.
• Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Experience working with non-traditional or multi-unit retail environments.
• Knowledge of the pizza industry and familiarity with food safety regulations.

• Salary range of $93,800 - $110,400 annually + bonus eligibility.
