About The Position
The City of Saint Paul is seeking Life Coach Case Managers to play a critical role in reducing gun violence and providing ongoing case management support to Project PEACE programming. These positions involve working closely with young adults identified as being at high risk of gun violence or those who have been victims of such violence, along with their families. Life Coaches will establish trusting relationships with clients, helping them mitigate risk factors and connect to necessary services and supports.
