About the position

The Life Cycle Marketing Operations Specialist at Worldcoin will play a crucial role in shaping user journeys and enhancing communication with users. This position involves collaborating with various teams to design and implement user engagement campaigns across multiple media channels, leveraging technical expertise and statistical analysis to optimize user interactions and drive engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Shape User Outreach Campaigns by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to determine optimal campaign strategies.
  • Operate User Engagement Tooling to create and drive complex user engagement campaigns centered around key milestones and bespoke initiatives.
  • Conduct Experiments in collaboration with product and data science teams to iterate towards optimal outcomes, analyzing results with high statistical rigor using SQL.
  • Build Scalable Process to create flexible global user engagement campaigns that adapt to dynamic requirements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in high-performance operations or product operations roles in fast-paced consumer companies.
  • Experience with user engagement tools such as Braze, Posthog, Firebase, and Sendgrid.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to drive high-impact campaigns.
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries is strongly preferred.
  • Strong cross-cultural competency and experience working in diverse environments.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for solving unconventional problems and taking action.
  • Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and contribute to strategic discussions.
