About the position

As a Life Cycle Product Support Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will play a crucial role in supporting U.S. Naval acquisition and sustainment programs. Your primary responsibility will be to apply sound Integrated Product Support (IPS) logistics principles as outlined in various governing documents. You will provide the client with acquisition IPS information and strategies throughout the lifecycle of the system, ensuring that program logistics and engineering milestones are met. This position requires you to support the client in developing statutory, regulatory, and programmatic product lifecycle documentation. You will be tasked with collecting, organizing, and analyzing logistical data across all 14 IPS domain elements to identify problems, solutions, and product support opportunities. This role is based in Panama City, FL, and is integral to the success of the programs you will support. In this position, you will leverage your extensive experience in acquisition and sustainment logistics to create logistics documents, briefs, and correspondence. You will analyze and correlate product support data from multiple sources, working across various logistics domains simultaneously. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project, will be essential for your daily tasks. Additionally, you will need to have a solid understanding of the DoD acquisition framework models from cradle to grave, as well as the ability to read and interpret specification drawings and maintenance procedures. You will also be expected to brief the client at meetings, showcasing your ability to communicate complex information effectively. To qualify for this role, you must have a high school diploma or GED with at least 8 years of experience in DoD acquisition and sustainment logistics, or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The position requires the ability to obtain a security clearance, and having a Secret clearance is considered an additional qualification. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an acquisition and sustainment logistics IPS analyst.
  • 3+ years of experience creating logistics documents, briefs, and correspondence.
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing and correlating product support data from multiple sources.
  • Experience working in multiple logistics domains simultaneously.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition framework models from cradle to grave.
  • Ability to read and interpret specification drawings and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to brief the client at meetings.
  • HS diploma or GED and 8+ years of experience in DoD acquisition and sustainment logistics, or Bachelor's degree.
