This role is responsible for implementing programs that promote all areas of wellness including physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. You will plan, promote, implement, coordinate, and evaluate activities across all levels of care, ensuring that our residents have enriching experiences.
Responsibilities
- Plan, promote, implement, coordinate, and evaluate activities in all levels of care.
- Supervise, schedule, and evaluate Activity Assistants during scheduled events.
- Develop, post, and maintain a monthly schedule and newsletter in a timely manner to residents.
- Ensure timely, safe, secure, and dependable transportation services for residents.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License in the State of Residency
- Combination of education and/or experience working with Seniors
- 2-3 years of experience in Senior Living as an Activities/Life Engagement Director.
