The Life Enrichment Assistant (LEA) plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents in a senior living community. This position supports the Life Enrichment Director and Community Relations Director by assisting in the preparation and execution of resident activities, ensuring a welcoming environment for new residents, and maintaining a vibrant community atmosphere.
