About the position
The Life Enrichment/Programming Director at Charter Senior Living is responsible for enhancing the lives of residents through the planning, implementation, and supervision of various social, educational, recreational, spiritual, and therapeutic activities. This role focuses on ensuring that residents engage in meaningful activities that promote their well-being and satisfaction while also contributing to the community's occupancy development goals.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and supervise day-to-day activities for residents.
- Coordinate social, educational, recreational, spiritual, and therapeutic programs.
- Manage transportation services for residents.
- Promote the community to the general public to achieve occupancy goals.
- Directly supervise all activities and ensure resident participation.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and solve problems as they arise.
Requirements
- Experience in assisted living or similar environments.
- Strong conflict management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Budgeting experience.
