As a Life & Health Advisor, you will receive real-time, warm inbound pre-screened leads, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional service to our clients without the need to purchase leads or prospect. You will leverage our sophisticated proprietary software to match consumers with top products, ensuring they receive substantial annual savings. In this position, you will focus on final expense whole life insurance, with the opportunity to earn six figures in your first year. Responsibilities

  • Receive real-time, warm inbound pre-screened leads.
  • Conduct comparison shopping with top A-rated carriers to provide unbiased product recommendations.
  • Utilize proprietary software to match consumers with insurance products.
  • Participate in on-site training and development programs to advance your career.
  • Engage in monthly sales contests and performance-based incentives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required; telesales experience preferred.
  • Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license required (or must obtain by a set deadline; licensing costs reimbursed after training).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Job stability and career progression track record preferred.
  • High-speed internet connection (minimum download/upload speed of 20mbps).
  • Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in telemarketing is a plus.
  • Proficiency with proprietary CRM systems and multitasking across various screens.
