You will leverage our sophisticated proprietary software to match consumers with top products, ensuring they receive substantial annual savings. Responsibilities
- Receive real-time, warm inbound pre-screened leads.
- Conduct comparison shopping with top A-rated carriers to provide unbiased product recommendations.
- Utilize proprietary software to match consumers with insurance products.
- Participate in on-site training and development programs to advance your career.
- Engage in monthly sales contests and performance-based incentives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required; telesales experience preferred.
- Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license required (or must obtain by a set deadline; licensing costs reimbursed after training).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Job stability and career progression track record preferred.
- High-speed internet connection (minimum download/upload speed of 20mbps).
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in telemarketing is a plus.
- Proficiency with proprietary CRM systems and multitasking across various screens.
