About the position

We are seeking a motivated and bilingual (English and Spanish) Life Insurance Agent to join our team at Adriana's Insurance. This role focuses on providing personalized life insurance solutions, developing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The position offers opportunities for career advancement and higher earnings through increased commissions as goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized life insurance solutions to meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Educate clients on the benefits and features of various life insurance products and handle any objections or questions.
• Achieve sales and activity targets and contribute to the department's growth and success.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to best serve clients.
• Utilize systems and standard operating procedures correctly.
• Take initiative and be proactive in the role.
• Work well independently or as part of a team.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Develop sales skills and reach out to customer leads using in-house platforms.
• Work with a variety of A-rated carriers to tailor each client's experience.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Make outbound calls during the initial training period.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience in life insurance sales; a licensed agent is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Call center experience is a plus.
• Interest in continued learning.
• Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Strong networking and client relationship building skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and creating long-lasting relationships.
