About the position

The Insurance Agent will work both independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Strong background in customer service, retail sales, or outside sales is advantageous.
• Proven ability to analyze client needs and market conditions effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate successfully.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
