About the position
The Life Insurance Agency is seeking non-captive life insurance agents to join their team and leverage an exclusive product that converts the whole death benefit into guaranteed income, producing an average of 20% interest annually for the past 20 years. This role allows agents to work from home, offering a unique opportunity to scale their business with a focus on high net worth clients and those with existing retirement plans.
Responsibilities
- Sell life insurance policies and upgrade existing clients' policies.
- Build and manage a team of agents, providing training and support.
- Utilize the exclusive product to maximize client benefits and commissions.
- Engage with clients to discuss their retirement and insurance needs.
- Work as a referral agent or write policies directly, depending on preference.
Requirements
- Must be life licensed to sell insurance.
- Experience with Indexed Universal Life (IUL) products is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and strategies.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Infinite Banking/Private Reserve Strategy is a bonus.
- Previous sales experience in insurance or financial services.
