About the position
The Life Insurance Agency is seeking experienced life insurance agents to join a non-captive agency that offers an exclusive product with significant benefits. This role allows agents to work from home and provides an opportunity to scale their business with a unique product that has consistently produced high returns for clients. Agents will have the chance to either write policies themselves or work as referral agents, benefiting from a lucrative commission structure.
Responsibilities
- Work from home and manage your own schedule.
- Sell life insurance policies, focusing on high net worth clients.
- Upgrade existing clients' policies to enhance their retirement plans.
- Train and build a team of agents under your agency.
- Utilize the exclusive product to maximize client benefits and commissions.
Requirements
- Must be life licensed to sell insurance.
- Experience with Indexed Universal Life (IUL) insurance or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Infinite Banking/Private Reserve Strategy is a bonus.
- Previous sales experience in the insurance industry.
