This role involves building relationships with clients, assessing their needs, and recommending appropriate life insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
• Consult with clients to understand their financial goals and insurance needs.
• Present and explain life insurance options that meet client needs and preferences.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Provide exceptional ongoing service to clients, including policy reviews and updates.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in life insurance sales or financial services.
• Valid state Life and Health Insurance License required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and commitment to client confidentiality.
