About the position

The Lifecycle & Email Marketing Manager at Ignite Visibility is responsible for creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels including email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail for multiple clients. This role focuses on optimizing client relationships and ensuring successful lifecycle marketing efforts, while collaborating with creative teams to implement effective campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic roadmaps to achieve clients' goals and identify optimization opportunities for their email marketing programs.
  • Present strategic roadmaps to clients and revise strategies based on client feedback and priorities.
  • Work with creative production teams to execute planned strategies and maximize clients' return on investment.
  • Review reporting and analytics with clients, providing key insights and optimization opportunities.
  • Manage lifecycle campaigns from production to analysis, including creative development, building, QA, deployment, and reporting for multiple clients.
  • Build out automations, campaigns, and segments in various email service platforms.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients to keep progress moving on email campaigns and special projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing email/SMS, CRM, in-app, and direct mail marketing strategy and execution.
  • Experience with automated flows (welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase, etc.).
  • Proficient in audience segmentation and personalization techniques.
  • Strong data analytics and reporting skills.
  • Experience in lifecycle marketing strategy and client account management.
  • BS degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar field preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong internal motivation.
  • Comfortable leading calls and being on the phone/Zoom.

Nice-to-haves

  • Basic HTML experience.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics.
  • Experience with major email service providers (ESP) and CRMs such as Klaviyo, MailChimp, or Bronto.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com.
