In this role, you will be leading a team and working across business units & cross-functional groups while developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategy and campaigns that will drive growth and retention. You will identify lifecycle marketing strategies to achieve organic growth business objectives and lead lifecycle marketing efforts including the development and execution of Email, SMS & Push campaigns. You will design tests and run experiments to develop insights on the customer to increase user engagement and maximize revenue potential. Additionally, you will generate regular campaign performance reports that include opens, clicks, conversions, unsubscribes, and other pertinent information and analytic insights, while making recommendations on enhancing our tactics. You will develop and execute customer segmentation strategies, with the ability to work at both a strategic and execution level. Partnering with the creative team for Email design including copy, tone, and imagery will be essential. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure category growth initiatives are effectively weaved into our lifecycle messaging strategy. Following the QA process for all email campaigns to ensure content is accurate, links are functional, and pages are live will also be part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business, and/or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of CRM / Email / SMS marketing experience including journey mapping, full-funnel sequence building, Marketing Automation planning, and measurement.
  • Experience in HTML/CSS for email.
  • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to oversee multiple work streams simultaneously and equally comfortable delegating or owning tasks.
  • Collaborative and can communicate your ideas and project results clearly & effectively to all levels of the organization.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin.
