About the position

The Lifecycle Growth Marketing Manager is a part-time contractor role focused on developing and implementing targeted lifecycle marketing strategies for a mobile app in the fantasy sports and gaming industry. The position aims to drive user engagement, retention, and growth through effective marketing campaigns and user segmentation, leveraging tools like Braze.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns for onboarding, engagement, retention, and re-engagement using Braze and other CRM tools.
  • Analyze user data to create targeted segments, tailoring messaging and offers to meet the needs of different user groups.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using metrics such as open rates, conversion rates, and user feedback to optimize strategies.
  • Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of messaging and campaign strategies, iterating based on results.
  • Work closely with product, design, and analytics teams to ensure a cohesive user experience and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Identify and enhance key user journey touchpoints to improve overall user experience and satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mobile marketing and user engagement.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, preferably within the mobile app space.
  • Proficiency in using Braze or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling messaging.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and user segmentation strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
