About the position

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Trimble, Inc. is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement, acquisition, expansion, and conversion. This role involves collaboration with sales teams to implement multi-channel campaigns and support the go-to-market strategy, ultimately contributing to revenue generation and the introduction of new products to market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, acquisition, expansion, and conversion.
  • Partner with sales teams to run multi-channel campaigns, including in-person events.
  • Track and report on campaign and event performance, analyzing data for insights and recommendations.
  • Build email nurtures and drip campaigns, including email triggers and A/B testing throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Map lead-customer lifecycle journey and create new initiatives for key stages of the journey.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to develop targeted marketing campaigns and tactics.
  • Execute end-to-end marketing programs including email campaigns, webinars, and in-person events to drive qualified leads.
  • Ensure leads are followed up on promptly and receive a best-in-class experience.
  • Provide marketing support for sales enablement, product launches, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop engaging marketing materials.
  • Utilize customer data to identify behavior/pain points and ideate solutions to improve revenue.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing lifecycle marketing, marketing campaigns, or field marketing.
  • Proven track record of executing campaigns and collaborating with sales teams.
  • Knowledge of SalesForce and Marketo, or related CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Working knowledge of marketing KPIs, such as CPA and ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Stellar project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field.
  • An understanding of Logistics- shipper-focused tools and the shipper market.
