About the position

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager is a pivotal role focused on developing and executing customer lifecycle marketing strategies. This position leverages HubSpot and other MarTech solutions to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven, personalized marketing campaigns across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to engage customers at every stage of their journey, from acquisition to retention and advocacy.
  • Own and manage the company's HubSpot account, including CRM, marketing and customer service automations.
  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (emails, forms, landing pages, social media, SMS, push notifications) to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Create and manage automated workflows, eCommerce integrations, lead scoring models, and segmentation strategies in HubSpot to deliver personalized customer experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales and customer service teams to align marketing efforts, ensure seamless customer experiences, and provide necessary tools and insights for effective cross-departmental cooperation.
  • Partner with content manager to develop targeted, persona-based content for each stage of the customer lifecycle.
  • Measure and report on campaign ROI and overall marketing performance, using key metrics and KPIs relevant to lifecycle marketing.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly marketing reviews, presenting findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and overall marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a robust marketing automation infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in marketing automation, CRM best practices, and customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, preferably in a B2B eCommerce environment.
  • Extensive experience with HubSpot, including certification in HubSpot Marketing Hub and HubSpot CRM.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation principles, email marketing best practices, and CRM management.
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Must present a collection of successful case studies with metrics, email /landing page samples.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets and translate them into strategic recommendations.
  • Experience in measuring and reporting on marketing ROI and campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in creating and presenting performance reviews and improvement strategies to various stakeholders.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, especially with sales and customer service teams.
