We’re looking for a sharp, creative, data-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and evolve our email and SMS strategy across all three business lines. This person will help us craft thoughtful customer journeys, high-converting campaigns, and personalized experiences that educate, inspire, and drive action. You’ll be part strategist, part copywriter, part operator — with a deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, the customer mindset, and how to turn insights into impact. Your focus may shift across teams depending on the needs of the business, but your ability to adapt, think critically, and write with heart will stay constant.
