About the position

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Ascend Medical is responsible for optimizing communications throughout the customer journey, focusing on maximizing engagement with leads and patients. This role involves collaboration with various internal teams and external partners to execute impactful CRM automations and engagement initiatives, ultimately aiming to create a systematic approach to lifecycle communications that enhances service delivery across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage high-converting email, SMS, and outreach campaigns to retain and re-engage existing patients and prospects.
  • Utilize data to segment audiences and tailor messaging for different segments of the lead/patient database.
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows and drip campaigns to boost appointment bookings.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns, using insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to identify patient pain points and develop aligned content strategies.
  • Stay updated with lifecycle marketing trends to ensure content relevance and impact.
  • Conduct A/B tests to determine effective strategies, messaging, formats, and creative elements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM management, or email marketing.
  • Preferred experience in healthcare marketing or within a service-oriented industry.
  • Proven experience managing customer communications across multiple channels, including Email, In-App, and SMS.
  • Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools, including Salesforce.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, launch, and iterate new products, features, or campaigns.
  • Strong experience in both creative content creation and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders effectively.
