About the position

The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the Floor & Decor email marketing program, ensuring it drives desired results. This role involves executing and analyzing email marketing campaigns while collaborating with various stakeholders across departments, including content, creative, CRM, ecommerce, IT, and stores, as well as external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Implement email marketing strategy, ensuring seamless communication throughout the customer journey.
• Maintain the email marketing calendar to incorporate cross-functional initiatives into email correspondence.
• Coordinate the development of designed and coded creative assets for email campaigns, from initial requests to final delivery.
• Q/A all emails prior to deployment for accuracy in content and links.
• Monitor ongoing performance of the email program and website, measuring against key performance indicators and goals.
• Support new store openings via email.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field.
• 2-4 years of progressive experience in email marketing.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with email marketing software, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or another ESP.
• Familiarity with list segmentation, journeys, API integration, and platform integration.
• Strong knowledge of the email landscape and trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Substantial organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
