About the position

As a Lifecycle Support Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will play a crucial role in supporting projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include program analysis, management, and communication to ensure project success while adhering to quality standards. You will create detailed briefings, develop program documentation, and assist program leadership in managing cross-functional teams to meet program milestones. Your expertise in acquisition strategies and milestone decision processes will be essential in guiding various programs, ensuring they remain on a productive path.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day program analysis and management for multiple programs.
  • Create detailed briefings for internal and stakeholder use to plan and define program needs.
  • Develop program status reports, briefings, and documentation.
  • Assist program leadership in managing efforts of large cross-functional teams to meet program milestone decision reviews.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on acquisition milestone processes and documentation for ACAT programs.
  • Implement and maintain organizational programs and review contracts with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience with office acquisition strategy or lifecycle and milestone decision efforts of Adaptive Acquisition Framework.
  • Experience with Adaptive Acquisition Framework Document Identification Tool (AAFDID).
  • Experience providing acquisition support and guidance to ACAT 1 & 2 programs.
  • Experience leading acquisition activities for new start programs, including milestone decision processes and documentation development.
  • Knowledge of Acquisition policies, regulations, and requirements, including DODD 5000.01, DODI 5000.02, DODI 5000.80, DODI 5000.85, and Army Modification Program (AR 750-10).
  • Ability to serve as a subject matter expert on acquisition strategy and milestone decision efforts.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Experience with Risk Management.
  • Experience with the Army Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT).
  • Experience with the HQ Department of the Army Task Management Tool (TMT).
  • Experience providing acquisition support and guidance to ACAT 3 & 4 programs.
  • Knowledge of Strategic Planning and Requirements Management.
  • Knowledge of Cost, Data, and Risk Analysis.
