About The Position

Randstad is seeking production workers for Lifetime Products in Mascot, Tennessee. This role involves assembling and installing various outdoor products, with a focus on efficiency and adherence to safety regulations. The position is entry-level, offering on-the-job training, and is scheduled for the first shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday work when required.

Requirements

• Minimal 6 months work history with one company within the last year.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8 hours a day, including twisting, bending, stooping, and kneeling during the shift.
• Ability to work on Saturdays only when mandatory.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, dependability, punctuality, positive attitude, and teamwork.
