AQUALIS is seeking a National Sales Manager for Lift Stations, a pivotal role responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering strong client relationships within the wastewater treatment sector. This position is integral to our mission of providing sustainable water management solutions across various industries, including retail, commercial, industrial, municipal, healthcare, and education. The National Sales Manager will be tasked with developing a robust pipeline of opportunities that not only meets but exceeds sales quotas. This involves managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring that all proposals are meticulously crafted and aligned with client needs. The successful candidate will engage in business development activities, including lead generation and opportunity validation, while also managing the proposal lifecycle and client onboarding processes. A key aspect of this role is to maintain accountability for sales growth, contract negotiations, and delivering superior customer service. The National Sales Manager will orchestrate discussions with senior executives to understand their business needs and drive negotiations that lead to successful contract awards. This position requires a proactive approach to building and maintaining high-level contacts with current and prospective business partners, thereby increasing market penetration and enhancing brand recognition. In addition to these responsibilities, the National Sales Manager will be expected to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, creating and maintaining customer business plans that outline strategies, objectives, and tactics for success. This role reports directly to the Chief Development Officer and is ideally based in the Southeast or Midwest territories, with a significant travel requirement of up to 75%.
