About the position

The Lil' Kickers/Skills Institute Coach position at Arena Sports involves coaching weekly soccer classes for children aged 18 months to 12 years. Coaches are responsible for delivering a fun and engaging curriculum while helping kids develop fundamental soccer skills and achieve important developmental milestones. This role is part-time and offers flexible hours in a friendly environment, with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Come to work each shift with a positive attitude, ready to have fun
• Be available to work weekend mornings
• Create a bond with kids in your classes throughout the session
• Follow weekly lesson plans
• Adhere to safety guidelines outlined for Lil' Kickers and Skills Institute programming
• Set up, clean up, and maintain the field
• Complete recommendation cards and customer care calls each session
• Achieve a high rate of customer retention from season to season
• Assist with marketing efforts and community events

Requirements

• No prior coaching experience necessary (training provided)
• Food Handler's permit required
