Responsibilities

• Prepares patient for radiological procedures.
• Performs limited radiological duties.
• Maintains production and quality of radiographs.
• Ensures all equipment is in good working condition and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Produces quality diagnostic radiographs.
• Prepares reports and maintains records.
• Performs data entry and filing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Limited Radiologic Technologist (LMRT) by the Texas Department of State Health Services.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Diploma from an accredited radiology school and/or equivalent required.

Nice-to-haves

• ARRT certification
• Ability to capture high-quality images using various imaging modalities.
• Ability to utilize PACS medical imaging technology.
• Operate and maintain a variety of x-ray equipment.
