About the position
As a Limo Driver, you will provide excellent customer service and create a safe and friendly environment for employees and guests by assisting guests with transportation, baggage assistance, and personal belongings. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
Responsibilities
- Drive vehicles assigned by dispatch, picking up and dropping off guests as needed
- Assist VIP guests with errands, including shopping
- Answer calls from dispatch and management via radio
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of the area, including company locations and key local spots
- Log and report vehicle maintenance needs at the end of each shift
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of the Front Services and Transportation Department.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Valid Class D Driver's License.
- Experience in driving limousines.
- Knowledgeable about local areas and attractions.
- Responsible and safety-conscious.
- Strong communication skills.
