About the position

The Line and Ramp Coordinator position at Jet Aviation is a seasonal role focused on providing essential services to aircraft and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work in various weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Service aircraft as requested by management or customers, including lavatory and potable water services, marshalling, and delivering catering.
• Execute hand signals to guide aircraft during arrivals and departures.
• Communicate with employees and/or crew using radios to provide excellent customer service.
• Load and unload aircraft baggage.
• Assist with aircraft and hangar cleaning as needed.
• Assist with general grounds keeping, including grass cutting, weeding, and trash pickup.
• Provide aircraft with ice, coffee, catering, and other necessary services.
• Transport customers and pilots to and from aircraft, hotels, restaurants, and other parts of the airport using a courtesy van or bus.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to obtain a motor vehicle operating permit (MVOP) within 30-60 days.
• Must obtain an Airport ID Badge within 30 days of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driving license.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Understanding of safe lifting procedures and proper use of step stools.
