About the position

Brasserie Ten Ten is seeking a passionate and dedicated Line Cook to join their culinary team. The role is essential in maintaining high kitchen standards and ensuring that every dish meets quality and presentation expectations. The Line Cook will collaborate closely with chefs to prepare a variety of dishes, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude during busy service periods.
  • Assist with kitchen prep work as needed.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and smooth service.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Passion for food and a commitment to excellence.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice-to-haves

  • Culinary school education is a plus but not required.
