About the position

The Line Cook/Dishwasher position at Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurants involves working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, focusing on customer service and teamwork. The role includes cooking, providing excellent service, and maintaining cleanliness in the food truck unit.

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide excellent customer service
• Drive, park, and set up the food truck for business
• Cook and provide customer service
• Possess menu knowledge and provide customers with an accurate and efficient experience
• Take accurate food and drink orders and correctly enter them into the POS system
• Collect payment
• Coordinate with management on the truck schedule
• Maintain cleanliness of the food truck unit in like-new condition.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid TX Driver's license
• High integrity
• Enjoy working on a team
• Good communication skills
• Positive attitude & a resting smile
• Organizational skills
• Ability to obtain a food handler and TABC certificate
• Food truck and/or catering experience
