The Hotel Line Cook position at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Pittsburgh Airport offers an exciting opportunity to showcase culinary skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The role focuses on preparing high-quality food while adhering to safety standards and brand recipes, ensuring guest satisfaction through attention to detail and presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards
  • Proper documentation on all food containers with adherence to rotations per SOP
  • Practice safety standards at all times
  • Report to work in full clean uniform on time and ready to serve
  • Cook orders with adherence to guest requests/special needs in a positive manner
  • Be proactive with ordering and pars, food preparations and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles

Requirements

  • Culinary skills and experience in food preparation
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality
  • Strong attention to detail in food presentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
