About The Position

We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Line Cook to prepare high-quality dishes, follow recipes, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment. You’ll work as part of a team to ensure great service and a smooth operation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
  • Ability to read and follow recipes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in hot or cold environments (kitchen/freezer)
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
  • Properly store, label, and rotate food items
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely (ovens, grills, slicers, etc.)
  • Assist with daily prep, inventory, and receiving deliveries
  • Communicate with kitchen leadership and team members
  • Support a positive, professional, team‑focused work environment
  • Address guest needs when necessary and uphold service standards
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
