About The Position

The Line Lead Lower Debone position at Pilgrim's is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in the effective operation of the department. This role includes monitoring employees and ensuring compliance with HACCP and SSOP standards, as well as taking on supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the Supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to work well with others and motivate team members.
• Willingness to learn and perform all jobs within the department.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attendance, safety, and work record.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to read and write in English.

Responsibilities
