About The Position

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and safely roll drums weighing up to 315 lbs.
• Interest in being part of an effective and productive manufacturing process.
• Ability to read and write with a desire to continually learn and improve.
• Knowledge of Industrial Safety and Hygiene guidelines with previous experience in plant production sites, preferably in the food industry.
• At least 3 years of previous Operator experience.

Responsibilities

• Check labels against orders to guarantee accurate information.
• Verify the seal type through production order copies for quality control.
• Cross-reference Material Planning picklists, orders, and production schedules to confirm quantities and products.
• Verify order batches, conduct product checks, and ensure equipment sanitation in alignment with production standards.
• Maintain detailed logs and adhere to all sanitation procedures.
• Ensure tool accountability and maintain a systematic workflow.
• Audit tool cabinets and palletize and wrap empty drums to maintain efficiency.
• Cross-train on various production lines and keep work areas organized.
• Complete downtime logs.
