About the position

The Line Service team member at Sardi's Peruvian Chicken is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests while ensuring food quality and adherence to company policies. This role emphasizes creating a welcoming environment and maintaining high standards of food safety and guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal guest service and demonstrate impeccable service to every guest.
• Set up, maintain, and break down the front-line area.
• Proactively monitor activities in the store and respond to guest needs.
• Maintain menu knowledge and ensure accurate food preparation.
• Practice safe food handling to eliminate risks to guests.
• Follow Sardi's standards for stocking and storing products.
• Perform cleaning tasks according to shift assignments and standards.
• Contribute to store goals for increasing sales and improving profits.
• Treat guests and co-workers with dignity and respect.
• Adhere to attendance policy and uniform standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hospitality or guest service environment.
• Ability to read, listen to, and follow directions in English (Bilingual a plus).
• Ability to maintain a stationary position for extended periods.
• Ability to move around the store to attend to guests and team members.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to commercial cleaning solvents.
