About the position

The Line Worker position at Mesa Fully Formed LLC involves various tasks related to the preparation and inspection of molds used in the countertop and cultured marble industry. The role is essential for ensuring product quality and involves physical labor, including lifting and moving heavy items. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Move molds, clean divider bars, and inspect tables before setting up.
• Wash molds with chemicals.
• Clean wax off vanity tops around the bowl and check products for defects before shipping.
• Measure all products to ensure dimensions match those on the pour sheets.
• Maintain daily contact with department supervisors and managers.
• May cross-train in other positions.

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Clear pre-hire background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to move and/or lift heavy products regularly.
• Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work.
• Ability to work without close supervision and be self-motivated.
• Steel toe shoes required.
