About the position

Hyatt Vacation Club is seeking motivated individuals with concierge and customer service experience to join our award-winning sales and marketing team. We are currently looking for driven individuals with outgoing personalities who are financially motivated to work with guests at our neighboring Hyatt Hotel property or onsite to promote the Hyatt Vacation Club Program. The Linkage Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in engaging with hotel guests, providing elevated customer service, and promoting the Hyatt Vacation Club offerings. This position is designed for future opportunities, allowing candidates to express their interest in joining our dynamic team. At our Hyatt Vacation Club at Kaanapali Beach location in Lahaina, HI, the Linkage Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations. The role requires ensuring that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about Hyatt Vacation Club products and services. The ideal candidate will be someone who can provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals, contributing to the overall success of the sales and marketing team. The work environment is positive and supportive, with a focus on growth and development opportunities. The position offers an hourly rate plus commission and bonuses, with uncapped earning potential. Candidates should be prepared to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of our guests and the business.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with hotel guests at lobby desks or other locations and provide elevated customer service.
  • Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
  • Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
  • Ensure that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about Hyatt Vacation Club products and services.
