About The Position

As a Database Administrator III, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our database systems, ensuring high availability and performance. You will be responsible for deploying updates to high availability environments and managing multiple platforms and applications. Your expertise will contribute to the Risk Management Framework (RMF) Assessment and Implementation, and you will be instrumental in our migration to a cloud environment. This position requires a proactive approach to data analysis, providing metrics and insights to leadership regarding platform and application usage and trends. You will also be expected to automate services and develop innovative solutions for special projects and ongoing operations. The U.S. Army Research Laboratory (ARL) is the Army's corporate laboratory, and your work will directly support their mission of discovering, innovating, and transitioning research to provide the best technologies for our Soldiers.
