Responsibilities

• Support agile innovative infrastructure solutions and management that utilize cloud technology for cost optimization and standardization.
• Manage operating systems, load balancers, and web server configurations.
• Oversee repaving or patching activities using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation.
• Collaborate with geographically distributed teams to tackle technical challenges and enhance processes.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Linux distributions such as RedHat, CentOS, and Debian.
• Perform kernel tuning and performance tuning as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Linux operating systems, particularly RedHat, CentOS, and Debian.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Experience with load balancers and web server management.
• Ability to manage patching and repaving activities effectively.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with distributed teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
