About the position

The Linux System Administrator role at Amentum involves supporting a government program in Annapolis Junction, MD, focusing on providing technical expertise in building and maintaining prototype analytics and tools. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain customer networks including infrastructure.
• Work as part of an engineering team comprised of approximately 10 personnel, each with specific tasking.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field plus 4-years of relevant experience, Master's degree plus 2-years of relevant experience, Associate's degree plus 6-years of relevant experience or High School diploma/GED plus 8-years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in the installation or maintenance of network or telecommunications equipment and/or using specialized test equipment and network analysis tools.
